Drive Away Connection Kit – Vango
4m Drive Away Kit for 6mm & 6mm Kador rails, easily attaches or detaches your awning from you Land Rover Defender. Simply remove or insert the the Kador rail that sits between the Optimill Awning Rail and the Figure of ‘8’ C-profile rail. It takes seconds so you can leave your awning freestanding and go exploring for the day, and attach when you return.
This kit is compatible with all Vango Drive Away Awnings. Please note the figure of 8 and kador strip can be cut to the desired length to suit your awning/vehicle.
To connect simply slide the Figure of 8 sections onto the awning tunnel and then slide one edge of the Kador Strip into the Figure of 8 and the other edge into the Optimill Awning Rail fitted to your Land Rover Defender at the same time.
To detach from the drive-away awning simply loosen off front webbing straps and slide out the double-sided Kador Strip.
