Jetour has unveiled its latest creation, the Jetour Traveller Silver Dragon Wing, a limited-edition SUV that exudes Land Rover Defender vibes while boasting a bombastic name and exclusive features. This special model marks the debut of Jetour’s new sub-brand, JMK (Jetour Makers Kingdom), dedicated to crafting custom-made vehicles that push the boundaries of design and performance.
Limited to just 3,000 units, the Jetour Traveller Silver Dragon Wing is designed to turn heads with its rugged yet refined aesthetic. Priced at 219,900 yuan (approximately $30,973), this exclusive SUV offers a unique blend of off-road capability and cutting-edge technology.
At first glance, the Silver Dragon Wing commands attention with its imposing presence. Measuring 188.2 inches in length, 80.1 inches in width, and 77.1 inches in height, with a wheelbase of 110.2 inches, this SUV is built to conquer any terrain. It features redesigned bumpers, including an integrated bull bar at the front and extended wheel arches to accommodate larger wheels and tires.
The exterior design is further enhanced with an LED bar in the radiator grille, a multi-functional storage platform on the roof, customized storage containers between the C and D pillars, and a foldable ladder for added convenience. Protective grilles cover the taillights, and a spare wheel case mounted on the trunk door completes the rugged look.
Inside the cabin, the Jetour Traveller Silver Dragon Wing offers a high-tech environment with a four-spoke steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, and a touchscreen display with a built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip for over-the-air updates.
Powering the Silver Dragon Wing is a potent 2.0-liter turbocharged engine paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. With 251 horsepower and 288 pound-feet of torque, delivered through an all-wheel drive XWD setup, this SUV delivers impressive performance both on and off the road.
While the Silver Dragon Wing may not be the most fuel-efficient vehicle, with a reported fuel consumption of 10.89 liters per 100 kilometers (21.6 miles per gallon), its off-road prowess and luxurious features more than make up for it.
In addition to the Silver Dragon Wing, JMK is also working on three more versions of the Traveller: mountaineering, rainforest, and elite, each offering unique customization options to suit different lifestyles and preferences.
