TIBUS Highspeed Winch TW 15000 for 2020+ Defender 90/110/130
This winch is designed for the toughest situations in competitions. Only the best materials were chosen to ensure that the winch can work reliable at all times and under any and all conditions. Line speed is possible from 25 m/min up to to 70m/min, pulling force from 4 to 16 tons.
Versions
We provide motors with 12 or 24 volt and from 6.8 to 8 hp. We can tune our high-performance winches perfectly to fit your needs concerning vehicle and intended use. Please contact us for more information.
Brake
The TIBUS high-speed winch TW 15000 is equipped with an external brake. All components are CNC-machined from CR-4340 steel solid materials and zinc-plated for extra corrosion protection. All rotating parts can of course be lubricated.
Ventilation
To prevent excess pressure in the winch housing, the TW 15000 has a vent hose connector to release expanding air that cumulates due to heat in the gearbox.
Free spool
The unlocking and locking of the free spool of the drum works pneumatically. This technique is much more reliably than electrical solutions. The compressed air connections are protected against weather influences and in high-quality metal design. Picture shows the air connector to unlock the drum to the free spool.
Maintenance access
In contrast to other makes the TW 15000 has access to the free spool system by simply removing the cover. This is a big advantage for inspection and maintenance.
